Finished Projects From The Challenge

I have managed to get some good stitching in this weekend as I havent really moved out of the house that much. These were the small projects that I started and managed to finish. I am really happy with how they have turned out...So as you can see I have finished the Rainbow Bookmark, The Geometric Bookmark and The With Love Card..

Day 8 Of the Crazy Cross Stitch Challenge

 Here we have day 8. This is a with love card I plan to give my nanna for her birthday which is in February I really didnt get much stitching done on this one as I had a realluy bad migrane and I am really neither use nor ornament when that happens haha.. What you see on the picture is the L from love I am hoping to get a bit more done today as well as start day 9.. I really like this chart as it says a lot even though it is ony small...

Day 7 Of The Crazy Cross Sitch Challenge

 This small chart is from the World Of Cross Stitching and I really fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.. Its a little bear holding a rose and he is gorgeous.. Planning to stitch it and give it to my mum as a thank you card just for being my mum, got everything I needed with the kit so that was helpful.

Day 6 Of The Crazy Cross Stitch Challenge

Here we have Day 6 of the challenge which is another of Kells designs. This is the geometric bookmark design which I have changed slightly so that the colours are different to the ones from the design. I chose this pattern as I am really into reading but am always losing my bookmarks so leave my books open with the spine bending which isnt good for the book :) I have used a pastel pink and also pastel green so far for this and will use pastel peach for the last colour. This design is stitched on cream aida..

Day 5 Of The Crazy Cross Stich Challenge

Ok the design for day 5 is another of Kell's Designs.. Only small but still great non the less.. I have chosen the rainbow bookmark for this one and it really shouldnt take me long to stitch at all.. I really love this design because of the bright colours and I plan to use it myself rather than give it away haha.. So I am all up to date now so far only 10 more days to go and then my updated post :)

Day 4 Of The Crazy Cross Stitch Challenge

Day 4 of the challenge I again changed.. I have not decided whick of the Newtons Law Charts will go but it shall be one of them as I saw a really funky chart in my new cross stitch chart and I knew I just had to stitch that one instead ... This is a small chart that is full of funky colours with patterns on the tree's and a small owl on one branch.. This one I will stitch as a card I think for who though I don not know....So far I have stitched some of the tree trunk and the grass at the bottom...

Day 3 Of The Crazy January Challenge

Ok so I am really behind with the blogging part of the challenge I find it hard to remember that I need to actually blog this stuff.. So for Day 3 I slightly changed the list and instead of the listed Forever Friends Fairy Chart I am now just doing 2 Forever Friends Bears Kinda hugging that my brothers girlfriend saw in Cross Stitch Crazy and really liked.. This one I am hoping to finish before her 21st birthday in August.. So far I have managed to stitch the majority of their legs and there really isnt much to stitch for the top half then it is all back stitch from there to make the faces and the outlines..
